Prior to that, Mr. Manning founded PBM Products in 1997, a producer of infant formula and baby food, which was sold to Perrigo Corporation in 2010. Mr. Manning has served as a director of Verrica Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRCA) since December 2015.
